Return/Refund Policy


We try to make sure we get it right the first time but in the event we made a mistake please contact us lesavocado (at) gmail .com

We cannot accept returns for items that are not a manufacturers defect or not missing pieces. The toys we carry are collectibles, limited edition production runs, in some cases imported from another country and are extremely difficult to acquire. We cannot accept a return because you no longer want the toy.


Due to the nature of Pre-Ordering we cannot accept a cancellation. Our orders to the manufacturer are placed on your behalf and ours. In the event of delays by the manufacturer we will keep you updated via email regarding their new shipping timeline. Pre-orders are taken to ensure that you receive items that are limited in nature when stock arrives. However we are at the mercy of the manufacturer and can’t do anything to speed up the process. 


If you pay for more than one pre-order at checkout we will hold all merchandise until everything to fulfill that order arrives.  We do not split ship pre-orders because one part has arrived.  If you prefer not to wait, you will need to do separate transactions for each pre-order.

Manufacture’s Defect Product Returns

In the event that you receive an item that is defective please contact lesavocado (at) and send pictures of the defect. You have two days from receipt of delivery to contact us via email. A defective return must be approved by us to be processed. Any item shipped to us without an approval will not be refunded and will be returned at your expense. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing a defective return. In the event that we cannot replace a manufacturer defect you will be issued an in-store credit only.

Items that are not considered defective:

Product boxes that have shelf wear, dings or bends in the cardboard
Open box items
