Inspector Cumulus from Crazy Label is an 8" Tall vinyl toy figure with 5 points of articulation, comes with fedora hat and smoking pipe accessories.  Crazy Label also produces Treeson.  Inspector Cumulus is the long awaited figure that has been covered in Spankystokes, VinylPulse and others in recent months.  About the Artist: Jonathan's work first appeared in the now seminal UK comics Deadline and Tank Girl back in the mid 90s. Since then he has produced illustrations for magazines such as Q, Mixmag, Mojo, MAD and been a weekly contributor to the UK newspaper, the Guardian, for the last 10 years. He's also illustrated comics published in the UK, France and the USA and designed a range of t-shirts and hoodies for Extreme Raw State.
